Services ​

1. All of our services are only available to people 18 years and older. Those under 18yrs of age will require the consent of a parent or guardian for any of our healing modalities, with the exceptions of card reading. 

2. Card Readings are strictly not offered to anyone under the age of 18 years. 

3. We retain the right to refuse service or cancel a session if we feel unsafe or if the client has misunderstood what is involved in a healing session, or if the session is not in the correct scope of practice for the client.

4. Soul Holistic Harmony is not responsible for any actions a client takes following the completion of any service.

5. Soul Holistic Harmony is not a substitute for a medical or health professional and an appropriate professional should be contacted before making any changes.

6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. If any staff feel threatened, safe or harassed you will be asked to leave immediately and you will no longer be permitted to have any service completed.

Service Bookings and Cancellations

1. All in person appointments require a 50% deposit prior to the service being completed. This is to ensure that commitments made to travel and time for both ourselves and the client are respected. 

2. All distance (not occurring face to face) bookings must be paid in full before they are completed by direct debit to BSB and AC, or paypal.

3. If a client does not present for a session after paying the deposit and confirming the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable and forfeit due to the cost involved in travelling to the clinic to conduct the appointment.

4. The deposit is refundable up until 24hrs of the appointment time. If notice if given within the 24hrs of the appointment we will do our best to accommodate you as we understand life can be unpredictable and a refund may still be provided.

Goods sold at markets or our online store

1. We do not offer returns on our products so please ensure the product is right for you.

2. All material presented verbally, in all digital formats and in writing are the intellectual property of Soul Holistic Harmony and cannot be used or redistributed without consent.

3. Any photographs of stock or products may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the item received, based on lighting and camera capabilities, and availability of stock. All dimensions listed on products are approximations but as close as possible.

4. All images of products have been taken by Soul Holistic Harmony remain the property of Soul Holistic Harmony. All such images cannot be used or redistributed for any purpose without permission.

Goods sold at markets or our online store

1. Laybuys are only permitted on purchases over $200. ​

2. The term of a laybuy is 3 months. No extensions are permitted.

3. Payment must be made in full before goods can be collected. This can be completed by cash, eft, or direct credit to BSB and AC.

4. Laybuys are only available by private arrangement with the store owner and are not available online.

5. If unable to fulfil the agreement of the laybuy you must notify us in writing and may have to pay a termination fee.

6. The termination fee is calculated based on the purchase. This is due to the fact that the items are held aside for the term of the laybuy and could have been sold in within the term if not for being held. If this amount has not already been paid through instalments you will be asked to pay the outstanding difference between what you have paid and the termination fee.

7. If you are unable to fulfil the laybuy, the instalments you have paid will be refunded to you, minus the termination fee if applicable.

8. If we are unable to honour the laybuy due to store closure or an unforseen circumstance, all instalments made by the customer for the laybuy will be refunded.

General

1. Soul Holistic Harmony reserves the right to change these terms at anytime.

2. For the resolution of any disputes please raise an enquiry in the contact us page, and we will do our best to resolve the matter in alignment with these terms and conditions.

3. All client information is retained securely and used only for its relevant purpose with a booking. A client's personal information is never given out or sold to third party and is only used and retained within the purpose of a purchase or a booking. We will always do our best to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
